Nelson is a Secret Service Agent who appears in the Season Eleven episode "The Snuke".
Background[]
Appearing among the several government officials who break into Kyle Broflovski's bedroom, he is seen watching as the other agents declare each other to be in charge of the operation. Eventually the Secret Services Agents come in and demote the previously self-appointed ATF leader, stating that Nelson is now in charge by orders of the president, to which Nelson says "not anymore I'm not!", following the appointing and demoting gag. Nelson remains the leader of the operation until Kyle later appoints himself as the leader.
