Nelly's Mom is the mother of Nelly, and the wife of Matt. She is a recurring background character, and had a major role in the Season Seventeen episode "World War Zimmerman".

Background

In "Medicinal Fried Chicken", she comments on Sharon's scrotum coat, temporary hostage-turned-companion.
