Nebraska State Penitentiary

The Nebraska State Penitentiary is a prison that appeared in Season Two episode "Merry Christmas Charlie Manson!".

Background[]

The boys travel along with Liane Cartman to Mabel Cartman's house in Nebraska for the holidays. While at dinner, one of the Cartman family members Howard Cartman, who was being held in the state penitentiary, was invited to join the rest of the family via satellite communication.

Howard later escapes from the penitentiary along with Charlie Manson, but would eventually be caught again and return to the penitentiary. As Charlie finishes writing another book and turns the light off, he was given a surprise by the Cartman family, singing "Hark! The Herald Angels Sing".

Appearance[]

The penitentiary is a simple prison building with two watchtowers at the sides and it is heavily guarded. Each cell can accommodate about four prisoners and is equipped with two bunk beds and a toilet.
