"Nearer, My God, to Thee" is a Christian hymn written by Sarah Flower Adams. It was featured in Season Two episode "Summer Sucks".

Background

During the 4th of July Celebration, a giant black snake was ignited, only to have gone out of control, and killing Kenny in the process. As spectators scream in horror, Kyle picks up a violin and started playing the song, with Stan, Cartman and a few other boys joining in.
