At school, Mr. Mackey suggests to Liane Cartman a TV Show called Nanny 911 in order to control Eric Cartman's behavior. The show features Deborah Carroll, Yvonne Finnerty, and Stella Reid as the main cast. Cartman, however, manages to get revenge on both Nanny Stella and Supernanny. During the attempt by Stella, Cartman asks her why she did not have kids of her own and states that the reason why is because she is ugly and is too old to have kids, and going even as far as spitting on her mouth when she tries to speak with him. Supernanny also failed and was placed in a mental institution three days later, spending her time sobbing and eating her own excrement.
