The N*** Zombie Fetuses are enemies that appear in South Park: The Stick of Truth.
Background[]
The fetuses are first encountered during the "Unplanned Parenthood" quest, when green goo was leaked into the Unplanned Parenthood Clinic. In the clinic, the government agents struggled to contain the situation, with most being killed by the fetuses. However The New Kid fought their way through the clinic, before being approached by the Giant N*** Zombie Fetus.
Abilities[]
- Ranged Attack - Spews four balls of vomit on both the New Kid and buddy (two vomit balls per character).
- Brain Damage - Leaps at target dealing medium damage and inflicts Defense Down if not blocked.
- Projectile Vomit - Vomits on the New Kid or buddy, deals Ability Down if not blocked.
