In "Kenny Dies", Ms. Sanders is one of the patients seeking for an abortion at the Unplanned Parenthood Clinic. Just before the operation, the doctor explains to Ms. Sanders about stem cell research and how they can be used to fight cancer several diseases. He seeks permission from Ms. Sanders for her dead fetus to be used for stem cell research, to which Ms. Sanders agrees by signing a release.
She is back at the abortion clinic getting another abortion in "Woodland Critter Christmas".
