Mrs. Farnickle first appeared in the Season Five episode, "It Hits the Fan".
Background
In "It Hits the Fan", she was seen using the word "shit" nonchalantly with her husband. In" Margaritaville", her name was revaled when the man called her Mrs. Farnickle. She later appeared in the episode "Child Abduction is Not Funny". She asked Tweek to help her cross the street, but Tweek was afraid to do it because he didn't know her.
She is also seen various times in Elderly folk's castle. In "Lil' Crime Stoppers", she was seen again with her husband, she asked the boys to investigate what happened to the pie. In "Die Hippie, Die", Cartman comes to her house to check and exterminate hippies.
Appearance
Her clothing varies based on her appearance. In "Lil' Crime Stoppers", she wears teal pants, a purple shirt with red trimming, and black shoes. In "Die Hippie, Die", she has green pants on and her shirt is pink with red trimming. In "Margaritaville", she wears a teal skirt, pink slip-on shoes, and a pink shirt. She also holds a black handbag.
In all of her appearances, she has white hair, has a light gray shirt under her shirt, and wears gold earrings. Her hair style is consistent for the exception of in "Margaritaville", where her hair is curled.
