Mr. Romero is a music and band teacher who first appears in the Season Two episode, "Summer Sucks".
Background
In "Summer Sucks", Mayor McDaniels asks for the South Park Elementary orchestra to play the song "Stars and Stripes Forever" at the opening of the Fourth of July ceremony. Mr. Romero is seen leading the orchestra.
He later appears as Kenny's music instructor in "Quintuplets 2000".
He reappears as a band class teacher in "Cupid Ye".
Appearance
Mr. Romero is thin and has balding gray hair. He wears a pink blazer with a dark blue scarf, dark green pants, and black shoes. He wears a piercing on his left ear. He holds a conductor's baton in his right hand.
