Mr. Mackey's Mother and Father are the parents of Mr. Mackey, seen briefly in "Child Abduction is Not Funny".
Background
Trying to prevent Mr. Mackey from being abducted. Mr. Mackey's name was not acknowledged, but his father refers to him as "Junior", thus giving the idea that the father's has the same first name as his son. They do not appear in "Insheeption" despite the episode being set in Mackey's childhood.
It is revealed in "Royal Pudding" that Mr. Mackey's father was taken by Tooth Decay two years prior to that episode.
