Mona Marshall (born August 31, 1947) is an American voice actress. Her roles have included parts in Japanese anime and American cartoons, including South Park. She has portrayed the characters of Sheila Broflovski, Linda Stotch, and various other characters since 2000. She also voiced Wendy Testaburger from "Timmy 2000" up until "Fourth Grade" replacing Mary Kay Bergman (who died on November 11, 1999) according to the South Park Studios FAQs.
