Mimallah "Mimsy" is a mentally handicapped student at South Park Elementary. He is Nathan's henchman in the episodes "Crippled Summer", "Handicar", and "Moss Piglets".
Background[]
When Jimmy Valmer and Timmy return to Lake Tardicaca, a camp for handicapped children, Jimmy unknowingly finds himself to be targeted by his former-drug dealer and leader of the Red Camp Game team, Nathan, who has developed a great dislike for Jimmy due to the fact that Jimmy has led the Blue camp team to victory 3 years running. Aiding Nathan is Mimsy, a big, strong, but dimwitted lackey, who inadvertently causes all of Nathan's plans aimed at defeating the Blue team and killing Jimmy to backfire.
Nathan's first plan is to put a Black Mamba snake into the Blue Team's canoe. However, his orders to Mimsy are "Put the snake in the canoe", making Mimsy assume that Nathan meant for him to put the snake in their team's canoe, rather than Jimmy's. Similar errors involve a map leading to an Indian reservation, whose Indians kill on sight, during the Scavenger Hunt. In that process, Nathan said "Switch the map" twice, causing Mimsy to switch the map twice, resulting in Nathan being attacked by Tardicaca Indians. Nathan then intended on Mimsy using a shark-mating whistle during the surfing competition, in which Nathan told Mimsy to swim underwater and blow the whistle, not making it clear that Mimsy had to blow the whistle while underwater, instead he blew it on dry land, resulting in Nathan being raped by a shark. Then during the ukulele challenge, Nathan had Jimmy's ukelele rigged with explosives which were to go off during the ukulele solo, unfortunately, Jimmy didn't know the solo, and Mimsy dimwittedly agreed to show Jimmy the solo after being asked. Nathan then lost it with Mimsy and played the solo himself, causing his plan to backfire as he set off the explosive, landing him in sight of the black mamba, the Indians, and the shark.
In Handicar, Mimsy works with Nathan in derailing Timmy's Handicar business in order to prevent Tardicaca Summer Camp from going in effect. When Nathan posed as a Handicar driver, he ordered Mimsy to find him a female fare so he could get Timmy sued for sexual harassment and wound up getting a transvestite who raped Nathan in the public bathrooms. Each plot fails and during a Wacky Races event, he was supposed to plant an explosive device in Timmy's Handicar, instead Nathan told Mimsy to "Put the explosives under the seat of that fake soft-spoken douchebag that everyone loves." Mimsy assumed that Nathan was referring to Matthew McConaughey and his Zipcar, resulting in Nathan's plan backfiring.
Appearance[]
Mimsy has small messy brown hair. In addition to his mental handicap, he appears to have strabismus in both eyes. He is overweight to the point of his shirt not being able to fit over his stomach. He wears the standard Lake Tardicaca uniform, a red t-shirt emblazoned with the Lake Tardicaca logo near the right sleeve, and brown pants. Outside of camp, he wears a white button-up shirt and brown suit. He talks in a New Jersey-esque accent.
In South Park: Post Covid, Mimsy appears as an adult man. He wears a light blue tracksuit and a gold necklace, similar to Nathan. He is also balding and has an extremely large, square chin.

Personality[]
Mimsy is extremely unintelligent due to his mental handicap. He often messes up Nathan's schemes unless Nathan explains them in extreme detail. His lack of intelligence makes him easy to manipulate, as showcased by his loyalty to Nathan, who commonly puts him in dangerous or illegal situations. In "Handicar", he seems to be able to occasionally come up with reasonable ideas, only to be ignored by Nathan, who always responds by slapping him and shouting, "Shut up, Mimsy!".
Trivia[]
- Mimsy's personality is made to match that of the Looney Tunes gangster/henchman Mugsy. In fact, his relationship with Nathan is designed to be like that of Rocky and Mugsy.
- Mimsy appears in the theme song along with Nathan, as of "Poor and Stupid".
- Mimsy and Nathan made a cameo together at the end of the episode, "Black Friday", as they join the PS4 supporters.
- In "Bring the Crunch", Mimsy is dressed as Jason Voorhees from the Friday the 13th franchise.
- Mimsy and Nathan were intended to appear in South Park: The Stick of Truth, but were cut from the final version. Their models and friend icons can still be found in the game files.
Video Games[]
South Park: The Fractured but Whole[]
Mimsy appears as a boss along with Nathan in the DLC Bring the Crunch. In the game’s story, the player, Professor Chaos, Fastpass and Mintberry Crunch learn that the monsters in Lake Tardicaca were hired by Nathan, and that the reason the camp counsellors were dead was completely accidental, as Mimsy was only supposed to tie them up, not kill them.
When the party arrives to stop him from killing the last camp counsellor in a Jason Voorhees costume, he fights them alongside Nathan. During their boss battle, Mimsy’s only move is doing a sword slash attack which takes a turn to charge up. When Nathan gets under half HP, he and Mimsy both put on helmets that make them completely invincible, and the player must knock Nathan into Mimsy's attack and defeat him to win the fight.
After the fight is over, he and Nathan retreat, but they get possessed to serve Zarganor in the final battle of the level.
South Park: Phone Destroyer[]
Mimsy is a 5-Cost Common Tank of the Neutral theme. He is a Headhunter, which means he specifically targets the enemy leader. His in-game description says "Slow, dumb, and only targets enemy leaders."
