Middle Park Elementary is an elementary school in the town of Middle Park. It was first shown in the Season One episode, "Big Gay Al's Big Gay Boat Ride" and later appears in the Season Eight episode, "Quest for Ratings".
Middle Park Elementary appears to have a similar floor plan as South Park Elementary, albeit with a different color scheme. Their sports team is Middle Park Cowboys, although their floor says Bulldogs in "Quest for Ratings".

In "Big Gay Al's Big Gay Boat Ride", Middle Park Elementary appeared to be larger than South Park Elementary, having 5 floors, a large satellite dish on the roof, and a pink spherical dome in the rear. Their mascot is shown to be a horse named Enrique.
In "Quest for Ratings", the school was briefly featured in a news story about cough medicine abuse on Sexy Action School News, a news program run by several fourth graders. The school featured an updated appearance, having a purple exterior and a dark blue roof. Its overall structure, both interior, and exterior are similar to South Park Elementary, with the exception of several windows on the school's roof.
