The Middle Park Cowboys is the name of the sports team at Middle Park Elementary. Their mascot is a cowboy. Their only appearance is in the Season One episode, "Big Gay Al's Big Gay Boat Ride". Notably, the team is shown to easily overwhelm the South Park Cows.

Their uniform consisted of a gray, white-striped helmet with a revolver on it, a dark blue shirt, and gray pants.

- The team leader bears a strong resemblance to the 6th Grader Leader (possibly being an earlier version of the character before "Korn's Groovy Pirate Ghost Mystery".
