Middle Park is a town neighboring South Park in Park County, Colorado. It first was mentioned in the Season One episode, "Big Gay Al's Big Gay Boat Ride".

Background

In "Big Gay Al's Big Gay Boat Ride", the South Park Cows play a football game against The Middle Park Cowboys.

In "Quest for Ratings", the Sexy Action School News team covers a sensationalist story about students abusing cough syrup in school. The show claims Middle Park Elementary had a similar problem until the town outlawed cough syrup. However, due to the lack of cough syrup, a majority of the students there appeared ill and were shown coughing.
