Mexican Joker is the name of a puppet that appears in the Season Twenty-Three episode "Mexican Joker".
Background[]
After the Immigration and Customs Enforcement workers are told that one of the immigrant kids might turn out to be like a Mexican Joker, the guards decide to discourage any of the kids from doing that by using puppets. Jeff Corrigan, the head worker, uses a doll named Princess Star to greet the kids. Jeff then takes out the Mexican Joker doll, saying that Mexican Joker is filled with rage because of his childhood, saying he will now rape and kill them all. Princess Star goes on to say that he forgot the magic word, forgiveness. Mexican Joker exclaims that he doesn't care and proceeds to rape Princess Star, horrifying the immigrant children.

The Mexican Joker puppet wears a purple suit with a yellow shirt underneath, he has green hair and a green tie as well as white facepaint. He has a split mustache and rosy cheeks as well as a sombrero and red, smiling lips. His appearance closely resembles Joker, from DC.
