Melancholy is Butters' dressage horse while competing in a championship at the Park County Equestrian Facility, with a struggle for his sexual ego. He first appears in "Back To The Cold War".

Background[]

Stephen and Linda go nervous for Butters trying to win the dressage championship from Melancholy not trying to comprehend with winning, as he struggles with focusing on walking over the pole. The only reason why they prefer to let Butters win is to bypass Davey Solokov and his horse, which is a Russian Etruscan, making it a "political spectacle". If the Russians win, their freedom is lost and Melancholy will be slaughtered into a skin cream. But as he tries again, he stopped, defecates, and pulled out a boner, embarrassing Butters' parents in front of other competitors. Melancholy then does it again, and instead did sexual intercourse with another horse.

The day of the championship arrived, and other competitors had flunked their chance of winning, leaving Butters and Solokov as the finalists. Melancholy ignores Butters' commands and stops the Russian Etruscan with intercourse. Solokov falls over his saddle in ten seconds and loses.

Appearance[]

Melancholy is an American Quarter Horse palomino with straight blonde hair, a white marking, a pink nose, and brown eyes and hooves.
