Medicinal Fried Fiasco is a story mission in the video game, "South Park: The Fractured But Whole".

Go to Medicinal Fried Chicken to get Classi's medicine.

Walkthrough

To get to Medicinal Fried Chicken, head to the alley on Main Street. You’ll get jumped by Raisins Girls.

You should be able to one-shot a few of them, so attack them first to reduce the amount of damage you take each turn.

Once it looks like it'll be the end for you, Call Girl will jump in to help. She tells you your actions from the night before scared the crime boss who’s planning on running for mayor, and that you can always rely on her for information.

Now continue through the alley to get to Medicinal Fried Chicken.

If you passed by before, nothing has changed. Because you're a minor, the security system is still on high alert. Luckily, Freeman's ghostly apparition appears to help once more. Pick up the Cheesy Shrimparito Recipe from the back of the car. You probably already have a few tortillas, but you’ll need Skeeter's Roof-Aged Cheese and Super Spicy City Shrimp as well to make it. However, before you can complete this mission, you must first complete Alternate Universes Collide Again.

Once you’ve completed Alternate Universes Collide Again and received the new power, continue to City Wok.

Go to City Wok

The easiest way to get here from Kyle's House is by fast traveling to the point next to the church. Go right from there, then north after the Police Station. Make a left on the next street up.

On the way, interact with the truck in Crunchy's Micro Brew's Parking lotto cause a gas tank to fall out of it. Use Snap n Pops then throw a fart at it to make it explode, revealing a purse with the 4D Suit costume. If you go inside, you can complete the main mission Microaggression Academy quickly on your way to getting the Shrimparito ingredients.

A little bit further and you’ll reach City Wok. Make sure to pick up the Yaoi on the wall on the left, then talk to the owner behind the counter to purchase the ingredient you need, Super Spicy City Shrimp, for $5. If you don’t have Tortillas, you can buy them here for $0.25.

Go to Skeeter's Wine Bar

Leave City Wok and keep heading to the left, you’ll find Skeeter’s Wine Bar. There’s a pinwheel to the left of the entrance. Use Inspection Mode to activate your new Buddy Power, Fartkour, and get to the roof.

Make sure to get a selfie with Simon while you're up here.

Grab Skeeter's Roof-Aged Cheese from the chair.

Lastly, push the fireworks over to the AC Unit on the edge of the roof and use Snap N Pops to blow it up. Pick up the mission item Memberberry Farms Juicer Crank from the trash you’ve revealed. You’ll need it later.

Back to Medicinal Fried Chicken

Continue to the right to City Wok and use the fast travel point there to quickly get to Main Street. From there, head back to Medicinal Fried Chicken using the alley.

Once there, Freeman will remind you about the Shrimparitto. Craft it, then eat it, to active a brand new TimeFart power: Pause.

Use this new power to pause the security system, allowing you to turn it off and enter.

Head into the Medicinal Fried Chicken and talk to the guy at the counter. You’ll eventually get into a fight with Sober Towelie. Before starting the fight, make sure you have enough healing items, or a heal on your power bar.

Fight Sober Towelie

For this fight, you must ignite all four piles of product on the ground to subdue Towelie. You can’t ignite them yourself unfortunately unless you’re also targeting a person with an AOE ability.

It’s easier to make Towelie ignite them himself while targeting you, or stand on one of the piles while you’re burning.

After you’ve subdued Towelie, he’ll give you Classi’s prescription.

Go Back to Jimmy's House

Now head back to Jimmy’s and talk to Classi. She’ll consume her medication and tell you the cats are being taken to U-STOR-IT.

After that, make sure to take Selfies with both Classi and Fastpass, then go into the kitchen to grab Selfies with Mr. and Mrs. Valmer if you haven’t already.

Once you go outside, a new main mission will initiate, Operation: Just 'Cause.
