Riley is a minor background character who appears in a few episodes. She has wavy gray hair with two light pink bows attached to it. She also wears a teal shirt, dark blue pants and black shoes.
She first appeared in Season 12's "Super Fun Time" briefly as a hostage. In Season 13's "The Ring", she is seen with another girl in the hallway, and later at the Jonas Brothers concert. She returns in Season 15's HUMANCENTiPAD as one of the kids playing four square who Cartman mocks for not having an iPad. She also appears in the 4th Grade classroom in "T.M.I." when Randy Marsh teaches the class the "adjusted penis size" formula. She reads the first example out loud for Randy, who works it out on the board. Her name is revealed in "Ass Burgers" when Kyle offers her a hamburger.
