The Mackey Residence is Mr. Mackey's home, which he has been leasing from Mr. Freely.
The exterior briefly appeared in the Season Two episode, "Ike's Wee Wee", but the rest of the house was shown in the Season Three episode, "Two Guys Naked in a Hot Tub".
It reappeared in the Season Twenty-One episode "Unfulfilled", with a new navy color and interior, and was used shortly after in "Tegridy Farms" and "The Scoots".

Mr. Mackey's house is built just like every other house in South Park. The house was colored a red-brownish color, but was seen to have a navy exterior in "Unfulfilled"; in "Tegridy Farms" the house, including the garage, is now navy. He had three connected mailboxes outside, something that has never seen before on the other houses in South Park.
In "Two Guys Naked in a Hot Tub", his garden has a Hot Tub on the decking.
Interior[]
Mr. Mackey's house has a front room on the first floor large enough to host parties in. On the second floor his bedroom and presumably a bathroom exist. His basement is also shown, there is likely more than one room as the one shown has a door leading into it rather than stairs.
His living room has gray walls and a brown floor, with a red couch and a coffee table as well as a small dresser with a boombox and a potted plant. His bedroom has dark blue walls and gray floor with lighter blue furniture.
