The Boy with C Cap is seen as a background character. He has not had any speaking roles. He is most notable for the C on his baseball cap.
Boy with Dark Green Shirt and Glasses[]

The Boy with Dark Green Shirt and Glasses is a background character who first appeared in "Tweek vs. Craig".
Boy with Earmuffs[]

The Boy with Earmuffs is a recurring background character in South Park. He is the only known fourth grader to wear earmuffs.
Boy with Red Shirt and Blue Pants[]

The Boy with Red Shirt and Blue Pants is seen as a background character. A notable feature of his character design is that he has different-looking eyebrows compared to the rest of the children.
Cleo Broflovski[]

Cleo Broflovski is Sheila's deceased mother, whom The Boys dig up to scare the fifth graders in "Korn's Groovy Pirate Ghost Mystery".
Deejay[]

The DJ is seen at the beginning of "Korn's Groovy Pirate Ghost Mystery" announcing that the band Korn will be playing live on KOZY-FM.

Doctor Lout[]

Doctor Lout is an eye doctor who makes jokes about Cartman's weight. He appears in "The Succubus".
DOI Agents[]

The DOI Agents are representatives of the Department of Interior who appeared in "Jakovasaurs".
Dr. Spookalot[]

Dr. Spookalot is the guide for Spooky Laboratory, which appeared in "Korn's Groovy Pirate Ghost Mystery".
Emperor Hirohito[]

Emperor Hirohito was the emperor of Japan during World War II. He appeared in "Chinpokomon".
Esther[]

Esther made her first appearance in "Rainforest Shmainforest". In said episode, she was a member of the Getting Gay With Kids choir. She is considered one of the popular girls. Despite her many appearances, she has not, so far, played a major role in any episode. She is usually seen in the background, talking to Heidi Turner.

The foreman is a minor character introduced in the Season Three episode, "Rainforest Shmainforest".
Garth[]

Garth was the main antagonist in "Jewbilee" where he tried to bring Haman to power.
Genghis Khan[]

Genghis Khan was the founder of the Mongol Empire who is seen as a resident of Hell during the song, "Christmas Time in Hell", in "Mr. Hankey's Christmas Classics".
Getting Gay With Kids[]

Getting Gay With Kids is an organization created to promote rainforest awareness. It featured in "Rainforest Shmainforest".
Girl with Brown Hair and Pink Shirt[]

The Girl with Brown Hair and Pink Shirt is an unnamed female student at South Park Elementary. She first appeared as a background character in the Season Three episode "Rainforest Shmainforest".
God[]

God is an omnipotent being who appeared in "Are You There God? It's Me, Jesus" in the millennium event.
Haman[]

Haman is a religious figure who appeared in "Jewbilee", where he is seen worshiped by the anti-Semitic sect of Judaism.
Helen[]

Helen was seen in "Spontaneous Combustion", where she spontaneously combusts at the conclusion of Kenny's funeral. It was later revealed that this happened because she was holding in her flatulence.
Jake[]

- Main article: Jake
Jake was a member of the Getting Gay With Kids choir, shown in "Rainforest Shmainforest". His appearance was short-lived, however, as he got too close to a carnivorous flower and became its prey. Jake had short, grayish-brown hair, had freckles, and wore a green sweater and brown pants. In Bigger, Longer, And Uncut, he wore a yellow sweater.
Jakovosaurs[]

Jakovasaurs are annoying duck-like creatures that Cartman discovered in "Jakovasaurs".
Kelly[]

Kelly first appeared in "Rainforest Shmainforest" where she fell in love with Kenny. As shown in "Spontaneous Combustion", their relationship continued after the episode.
Kenny G[]

Mr. Adler's Girlfriend was the fiancée of Richard Adler, who died in a skywriting accident in "Tweek vs. Craig.
Mr. Derp[]

Mr. Derp replaced Chef for a short time in "The Succubus", telling the boys Chef quit due to marriage. Mr. Derp is into Slapstick humor, which is painful, physical humor. Mr. Derp also made a brief cameo in "Timmy 2000" as the man in charge of the lemonade stand at the concert. After Chefs demise, he may be his replacement as he was seen in the background in Eek, A Penis!.
Mr. Garrison Senior[]

The Nurse with Red Hair first appeared in "Are You There God? It's Me, Jesus" where she attends to the elderly Rod Stewart.
Pearl[]

Pearl is South Park Elementary's home economics teacher. She speaks with a soft, gentle voice and does her job with plenty of knowledge yet judging by her lessons she follows stereotypical beliefs. She is good with chat up lines, as she is shown to come up with them and then have her students recite them in their lessons. She dates Richard Adler, and she wanted to sleep with him in "Tweek vs. Craig". He refused, because he had recently lost his wife and was mourning her death instead of moving on.
Peetie the Sexual Harassment Panda[]

Peetie the Sexual Harassment Panda came to South Park Elementary in "Sexual Harassment Panda" to teach the kids about sexual harassment.
Pirate Ghosts[]

Randy's Friends[]

Randy's Friends are a group of four men dressed as The Boys, who appeared in "Spontaneous Combustion".

Rebecca Cotswolds is a homeschooled student who wins the 15th Annual South Park Spelling Bee in "Hooked on Monkey Phonics". Rebecca becomes the oblivious love interest of Kyle Broflovski.

Skyler[]

- Main article: Skyler Morse
Skyler Morse is a member of the band "Lords of the Underworld". In "Cat Orgy", Skyler is seen as Shelly Marsh's boyfriend who she invites round while babysitting Eric Cartman. He invited his band along. Skyler only wanted Shelly for sex, and because of a huge age difference Shelly was reluctant (Shelly is 12 and he is 22). After she refused to have sex he dumped her. Cartman helped her get revenge by trashing his guitar. When he angrily returned to Cartman's house while Shelly was still there, Cartman threw catnip at him, attracting Cartman's cat Mr. Kitty and other neighborhood felines, who pounced on him.
Tommy Turner[]

- Main article: Tommy Turner
Tommy Turner first appeared in "Tweek vs. Craig". He was in shop class and got his face caught in the sander, removing it. In a later scene his face returned, apparently unharmed, or repaired.
Tricia Tucker[]

Tricia Tucker is the daughter of Thomas and Laura Tucker as well the younger sister of Craig Tucker who first appeared in the Season Three episode, "Tweek vs. Craig" seated at the dinner table with her family. She later joined in as the rest of her family flipped each other off.
Veronica[]

Veronica is Chef's former girlfriend who was revealed to be a succubus in "The Succubus".
Yanagopa Tribe[]

The Yanagopa Tribe was a tribe from a jungle in Costa Rica that the Getting Gay With Kids choir found in "Rainforest Shmainforest".
Yoko Ono[]
