This is a list of characters from the sixteenth season of South Park.
Alana Thompson[]

Alana Thompson, or strongly known as Honey Boo Boo is an overweight, blonde girl who appears in "Raising the Bar", where it is stated she had three heart attacks, one of them taking place during a beauty pageant. Her heart eventually stopped and she got it replaced with a pig's heart. She was rivals with Eric Cartman.
Ambassador of Humans[]

The Ambassador of Humans appears in "Faith Hilling" and was sent to attempt to communicate with the Talking Cat. His interpretation of the cat's vocalizations led him to believe that cats would continue evolving, declare war on humans, and that humans and cats could not coexist.
Belarusian Farmers[]

The Belarusian farmers are a small group of farmers who appeared in "A Scause For Applause". They are seen attempting to prevent the Belarus Government from taking over and developing their land. While Jesus talks to the press, the farmers are killed in the background.
Bigfoot Researchers[]

The Bigfoot researchers are cryptozoologists who appear in "Jewpacabra", where they were seen at their research station and at the location of the Easter Egg Hunt.
Boy with Brown Hair[]

The boy with the brown hair appears in "Faith Hilling". He and his friends were seen seen in front of Café Monet performing memes. They initially expressed disagreement with the boys, who wanted to maintain "Faith Hilling".
Boy with Green Shirt[]

The boy with green shirt appears in "Faith Hilling" and his friends were seen taking photos of him in front of Café Monet "Taylor Swifting". He was later seen encouraging Stan Marsh to perform a combination of two other memes in front of the same café.
Brad Paisley[]

Brad Paisley is an American musician who appears in "Cartman Finds Love", where he sings the "The Star Spangled Banner" before the basketball game. He also sings "I Swear" in a duet with Eric Cartman.
Bucky Bailey[]

Bucky Bailey is the founder of "Bucky Bailey's Bully Buckers". He appears in "Butterballs".
Bucky Bailey's Bully Buckers[]

Bucky Bailey's Bully Buckers is an organization that fights against bullying. It appears in "Butterballs", where they organize an assembly at South Park Elementary about the harm of bullying. It later sponsors Stan Marsh's music video, "Make Bullying Kill Itself".
Cash For Gold Clerks[]
The Cash For Gold clerks buy unwanted jewelry in Cash For Gold shops in "Cash For Gold".
Cash For Gold Sign Holders[]

Cee Lo Green[]

Cee Lo Green is an African-American singer, songwriter, and rapper. He appears in "Sarcastaball" and sang "I Love Sarcastaball" at the Sports Authority Field at Mile High.
Cupid Cartman[]

Cupid Cartman is the imaginary cupid version of Eric Cartman who first appears in "Cartman Finds Love".
Dean[]

Dean is the host of J&G Shopping Network, who appeared in "Cash For Gold". In the episode, he sold overpriced jewelry on his show.
In the end, he commits suicide on air, by a gunshot to the temple. It was an extremely bloody death, as blood was seen covering his counter and products.
Dr. Mehmet Oz[]

Doctor Oz appears in "Butterballs", where he was seen interviewing Stan Marsh and Butters Stotch about "Make Bullying Kill Itself". After making Butters angry, he is attacked and beaten up by him on his show.
Elvis Presley[]

Elvis Presley appeared in "Going Native", where he was seen, as a ghost, showing Kenny McCormick a secret cache of ingredients to make the Chi Chi drink.
Gems Wholesale Clerks[]

The Gems Wholesale clerks are three Asian women who run the Gems Wholesale jewelry store in "Cash For Gold".
General Tso[]

General Tso is a Chinese general who appears in "Obama Wins!", where he helps ensure Barack Obama's re-election. His name is a reference to General Tso's chicken, a popular Chinese dish in North America.
Grandma Stotch[]

Grandma Stotch is one of Butters' grandmothers. She appears in "Butterballs", where she bullys him constantly. After Butters gains the courage to stand up to her after attacking Dr. Oz, he tells her that she will die being the bully that she is and he will keep living happily.
Hoffman and Turk Attorney[]

The attorney from Hoffman and Turk Law Offices appears in "Reverse Cowgirl", where he performed a "sue-ance", in order to try to sue the inventor of the toilet.
In the end, it is revealed by the ghost of Clyde's mother that the attorney is fraudulent, and had been extorting money from Clyde and the boys.
India Manufacturing Inc. Manager[]
The India Manufacturing Inc. manager manages the India Manufacturing Inc. jewelry factory in "Cash For Gold".
India Manufacturing Inc. Workers[]

James Cameron[]

James Cameron is an American film director, and explorer, who appears in "Raising the Bar", where he attempted to 'raise the bar'. On his way, he fought Randy Newman. Once the bar was raised, he ended the Honey Boo Boo fad.
June Shannon[]

June Shannon is the mother of Alana Thompson and who appears in "Raising the Bar", where she was seen having Alana's heart replaced with a pig's heart.
Lisa Berger[]

Lisa Berger, formerly known as Lorraine, appears in "Butterballs", where she was at the school assembly with Bucky Bailey, who bullied her by asking her, "Nice pants, why do you wear them up to your tits?".
Luke Covina and Maria Sanchez[]

Luke Covina and Maria Sanchez appears in "Cartman Finds Love", where they were seen playing together on the playground at South Park Elementary. Stan Marsh notes that they are in a relationship together because they were locked in the gymnasium overnight. It is implied that Eric Cartman was responsible for it.
Mark Wahlberg[]

Mark Wahlberg is an American actor, producer, restaurateur and former rapper. He portrayed his character, "John Bennett" from Ted in "A Nightmare on Face Time".
Michael (Zipline Guide)[]

Michael appears in "I Should Have Never Gone Ziplining", where he was seen hosting the ziplining tour group that the boys participated in. During the tour, Michael was responsible for sending guests down the zipline. He also provided the history and background of various objects, such as a tree and a creek.
Mike Thompson[]

Mike Thompson is the father of Alana Thompson who appears in "Raising the Bar", where he is briefly seen helping Alana select a pig for her heart transplant.
Mr. Billings[]

Mr. Billings is the president and CEO of Sooper Foods, the grocery chain that hosts the Easter Egg Hunt in "Jewpacabra".
Mr. Stevenson[]

Mr. Stevenson appears in "Obama Wins!" and was seen trying unsuccessfully to sell his Hummer vehicles. When the boys, General Tso, and the Park County Police Force visit his dealership, he becomes over excited at the perceived sales rush.
Nick Jabs[]

Nick Jabs appears in "Butterballs", where he is seen bullying Bucky Bailey. After Butters Stotch attacks Dr. Oz, Jabs becomes angry at Stan Marsh for Butters' incident.
He is later bullied by Jesus Christ and, as a result of the criticism surrounding the controversy behind Butters' incident, he backed out of Stan's video.
Patches[]

Patches was a border collie dog owned as a pet by Marvin Marsh when he was younger. She made her only appearance in a photograph in "Cash For Gold".
P.F. Pityef[]

P.F. Pityef appeared in "A Scause For Applause", where he takes Jesus Christ and Stan on a tour around his factory. He was later killed by Jesus after the latter consumed HGH.
Pharaoh of Egypt[]

The Pharaoh of Egypt appeared in "Jewpacabra", where he was seen in a dream Eric Cartman had about Ancient Egypt. He was the ruler of Egypt during the events of Passover and was passive about the plagues affecting Egypt during Cartman's dream.
Professor Lamont[]

Professor Lamont is a guest instructor at South Park Elementary. He specializes in memes and the safety behind using them. He appeared in "Faith Hilling", where he was seen educating the class about the dangers of memes.
Randy Newman[]

Randy Newman is a singer and songwriter. He appears in "Raising the Bar", where he is seen deep sea diving. He is trying to stop James Cameron from 'raising the bar'.
Republican candidates[]

Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich, Rick Santorum, and Ron Paul are United States politicians who appear in "Faith Hilling" as the Republican presidential candidates participating in the Colorado Republican Debate. Upon conclusion of the episode, Ron Paul was replaced by a Talking Cat for the final debate.
Roger Goodell[]

Roger Goodell is the commissioner for the NFL who appears in "Sarcastaball", where he was sarcastically rude to Randy Marsh.
Sir John Harington[]

Sir John Harington was a writer as well as the inventor of the modern flush toilet. He appeared in "Reverse Cowgirl", where he burst into the courtroom as the attorney, from Hoffman and Turk Law Offices, performed the "sue-ance".
Smelter manager[]
The Smelter manager is the manager of a gold smelting factory seen in "Cash For Gold".
Taco Bell Cash For Gold worker[]
The Taco Bell Cash For Gold worker offers a "six-layer-burrito" for Stan's Bolo Tie in "Cash For Gold".
Talking Cat[]

The Talking Cat appears in "Faith Hilling", where it was the cause behind the "Oh Long Johnson" meme. He was made famous by a YouTube video and footage from that video was used in the episode.
Thad ("Insecurity")[]

Thad is a UPS truck delivery truck driver and appeared in "Insecurity". Randy Marsh, and the other fathers, mistakenly believed he was having sex with their wives. After receiving so much negative attention, Thad committed suicide by jumping out of Kyle Broflovski's window.
The Redbox Killers[]

The Redbox Killers appear in "A Nightmare on Face Time", where they were seen at Kum & Go attempting to rob a Redbox vending machine. After being thwarted by the boys, the Redbox Killers kidnap Kyle's iPad, with Stan on Face Time, and threw it into a field.
Toilet Safety Administration[]

The Toilet Safety Administration is a fictional government agency parodying the Transportation Security Administration. They appear in "Reverse Cowgirl", where they were seen providing excessive security around toilets in South Park.
