Annie Knitts made her first appearance in "Cartman Gets an Anal Probe". She is considered one of the popular girls in South Park Elementary. She is commonly seen with Wendy, Heidi, Bebe, Red, Nichole, Nelly, Jenny, Lola, Millie, Esther, Sally, and in later episodes, Blonde Girl.


Anthropologist[]

The Anthropologist was seen at a field trip at the beginning of "Mecha-Streisand".

Barbra Streisand[]

Barbra Streisand features prominently in "Mecha-Streisand". She tries to get the Triangle of Zinthar, which she uses to transform into Mecha-Streisand and destroy South Park. She is defeated by Leonard Maltin, Sidney Poitier, and Robert Smith.

Bill Allen and Fosse McDonald[]

Bill Allen and Fosse McDonald usually have roles as background characters. They're usually seen together as a pair and made their first appearance in "Big Gay Al's Big Gay Boat Ride". A parody of Beavis and Butt-head, they often refer to things as "gay" and then laugh in a monotone manner. They have yet to receive any major character development and usually haven't been given more than cameos or background roles in more recent episodes.

Brimmy[]

Brimmy is a background character. Despite the extremely long time he's been on the show, he hasn't had any lines outside of a crowd, until his first speaking appearance in the videogame, "South Park: The Fractured But Whole".

Bob Saget[]

Bob Saget appeared in "Cartman's Mom is a Dirty Slut", in which he is seen hosting "America's Stupidest Home Videos".

Bob Johnson[]

Bob Johnson is one of Mayor McDaniels' aides who first appeared in "Weight Gain 4000".

Boy with Olive Shirt and Black Pants[]

The Boy with Olive shirt and Black Pants is a male student at South Park Elementary. He first appears in the Season One episode, "Mr. Hankey, the Christmas Poo", and remained a recurring background character throughout the first four seasons.

Damien Thorn[]

Damien Thorn is the son of Satan. In "Damien", Damien comes to the boys' class. He is taunted by the boys and turns Kenny into a duck-billed platypus before demanding to speak to Jesus. Damien's father, Satan, challenges Jesus to a boxing match, and most everyone bets their money on Satan. Satan throws the fight and Damien returns to Hell alongside his father.

Death[]

Death appears physically in "Death". The four boys (along with Grandpa Marsh) encounter Death when he comes for Kenny. Grandpa Marsh also sees Death, and tries to get Death to kill him too, but Death uses the spirit of Grandpa's Grandpa to show him otherwise.

DogPoo Petuski[]

DogPoo Petuski is a minor character that has appeared many times. His first speaking role was in "Professor Chaos". He is most notable for his first line breaking the fourth wall, due to him saying "...I've been hanging around these guys for like five years and I never get to say or do anything." Although he's received other speaking roles since then, he regularly appears as a background character.

Don King[]

Don King is a boxing promoter that represented Satan in "Damien". He was seen during press conference for the fight with Jesus Christ

Dr. Doctor[]

Dr. Doctor (Dr. Horatio Gauche in South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut and Dr. Kels in "Cartman's Incredible Gift") is a doctor in South Park known for his unusual diagnoses. He worked in Hells Pass Hospital, although as of "Medicinal Fried Chicken", he seems to own his own practice.

Enrique[]

Enrique was the mascot of the Middle Park Elementary in "Big Gay Al's Big Gay Boat Ride".

Fluffy[]

Fluffy is Cartman's pet pig, who the boys try to use to make pot-bellied elephants in "An Elephant Makes Love to a Pig".

Geraldo Rivera[]

Geraldo Rivera was a former talk show host. He appeared in "Weight Gain 4000" on his show, where Eric Cartman was a guest.

Hakeem Korashki[]

John Warsog[]

John Warsog is the name of the President of Cartoon Central. His only appearance is in "Death", and his dialogue is extremely limited.

Kathie Lee Gifford[]

Kathie Lee Gifford visited South Park in "Weight Gain 4000" to reward Cartman for winning the essay contest. Mr. Garrison, angry at her for beating him in a talent show when they were younger, decides to attempt to assassinate her. Despite Stan and Wendy trying to convince him not to, Mr. Garrison went forth with his plan and fired at Kathie Lee, however she survived as she was thrown off the stage when Cartman's enormous girth broke the stage.

Kevin Stoley[]

Kevin Stoley is a regular background character at South Park Elementary, and has had many speaking roles in numerous episodes. He is known to be Chinese-American and is also obsessed with Star Wars. He had his first major role in "Fatbeard".

Kyle's Elephant[]

Kyle's Elephant appeared in "An Elephant Makes Love to a Pig" when Kyle tried to make pot-bellied elephants.

Leonard Maltin[]

Leonard Maltin appears in "Mecha-Streisand", in which he assists Sidney Poitier and Robert Smith in defeating Barbra Streisand, all of whom can transform into Japanese movie monsters. Maltin transforms into an Ultraman-type character in order to fight Mecha-Streisand.

Ms. Ellen[]

Ms. Ellen was a substitute teacher in "Tom's Rhinoplasty". Stan, along with the other boys, fell in love with her. This made Wendy Testaburger jealous and she organized a plot to get rid of her, which ended with Ms. Ellen being shot into the sun by Iraqis.

The Mutant Turkeys are a group of genetically engineered turkeys that ran riot in "Starvin' Marvin".

Patrick Duffy[]

Richard Stamos is the fictional brother of John Stamos who sang Lovin' You in "Big Gay Al's Big Gay Boat Ride".

Robert Smith[]

Singer Robert Smith, a member of the band The Cure, appears in "Mecha-Streisand". He is called in to assist Leonard Maltin and Sidney Poitier in defeating Barbra Streisand, all of whom can transform into Japanese movie monsters. Smith turns himself into a giant moth and fights Mecha-Streisand with a sonic scream and "Robert Punch".

Sally Struthers[]

Sally Struthers appears in "Starvin' Marvin". When Cartman is mistaken for a starving African child and send him to Ethiopia, he discovers Sally Struthers is hoarding the food donations in a small building. As the episode progresses, Sally eats more and more food and eventually becomes huge.

Scuzzlebutt[]

Scuzzlebutt is a basket-weaving monster who lives on top of a mountain in South Park. He appears in "Volcano", where Cartman tells the story of Scuzzlebutt to scare his friends. Cartman then dresses up like Scuzzlebutt to further frighten the boys. However, when a volcano erupts, the real Scuzzlebutt weaves a wicker basket that saves the children. Shortly after, Stan kills Scuzzlebutt to prove to his Uncle Jimbo that he is a good nephew.

Sidney Poitier[]

Sidney Poitier appears in "Mecha-Streisand", in which he assists Leonard Maltin and Robert Smith in defeating Barbra Streisand, all of whom can transform into Japanese movie monsters. Poitier transforms into a giant turtle in order to fight Mecha-Streisand, he is tossed into a mountain by her and never seen again after that, his fate is unknown.

Sparky[]

Sparky is Stan Marsh's dog. He appears in "Big Gay Al's Big Gay Boat Ride" where Stan discovers that Sparky is gay and is mimicked for it. Overhearing Stan repeating an anti-gay tirade first heard from Mr. Garrison, Sparky flees to the shelter of Big Gay Al's Big Gay Animal Sanctuary. He is soon found by Stan and returned home.

Starvin' Marvin[]

Starvin' Marvin is a thin little boy from Ethiopia, who first appeared in "Starvin' Marvin", where Marvin was accidentally shipped over to the boys, who then took him into their custody, and tried to teach him the ways of the Americans. But they were found out, and forced to return him to Ethiopia.

Ted[]

Ted was an aide to Mayor McDaniels who first appeared in "Weight Gain 4000".

Terrance Mephesto[]

Terrance Mephesto made his first appearance in "An Elephant Makes Love to a Pig". He was portrayed as extremely arrogant and self-centered. He has since been relegated to an occasional background character.

Unnamed Couple[]

The Unnamed Couple are South Park residents who were first seen in "Starvin' Marvin", though the woman has been seen earlier than that in "Pinkeye" and the man was also seen earlier than that in "Death".

Visitors are aliens who came to Earth and gave Eric Cartman an Anal Probe in "Cartman Gets an Anal Probe". They also kidnapped Ike and then said that cows were the most intelligent species on earth. They appear in later episodes as hidden characters.
