There are several females in the fourth grade, this page is a list of all the girls confirmed to be students at South Park Elementary.

Allie Nelson is a background character who first appeared in "The List". She took Pip Pirrip's seat after he was killed by Mecha-Streisand in "201". She is most notable for being one of the fourth graders to wear a skirt, the others being Girl with Blonde Hair, Henrietta Biggle, Kelly P. Gardner, Monica Ryland, Sally Darson, Shauna, Sophie Gray, and Theresa.

Annie

Annie first appeared in "Butters' Bottom Bitch", where she joined Butters' kissing company. She has not had any speaking roles.

Annie Knitts

Annie Knitts made her first appearance in "Cartman Gets an Anal Probe". She is considered one of the popular girls in South Park Elementary. She is commonly seen with Wendy, Heidi, Bebe, Red, Nichole, Nelly, Jenny, Lola, Millie, Esther, Sally, and in later episodes, Blonde Girl.

Ashley

Ashley made her first appearance in "Butters' Bottom Bitch" where she joined Butters' "kissing company".

Bebe Stevens

Bebe Stevens made her first appearance in "Cartman Gets an Anal Probe". She is considered the popular girls secondary leader, after Wendy. She is most notable for being Wendy's best friend as well as being the head of the list making committee.

Beth

Beth

This girl, whose name was revealed in "Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset" is commonly seen as a background character. She strongly resembles Tammy Nelson.

Emily

Emily first appeared in "Marjorine". In "Bass to Mouth" it was revealed that her mother was in rehab. She appears to be best friends with Tammy Nelson. So far, "Bass to Mouth" is the only episode she played a role in.

Esther

Esther

Esther made her first appearance in "Rainforest Shmainforest". In said episode, she was a member of the Getting Gay With Kids choir. She is considered one of the popular girls. Despite her many appearances, she has not, so far, played a major role in any episode. She is usually seen in the background, talking to Heidi Turner.

Girl with Blonde Hair

Girl with Blonde Hair, who is so far unnamed, first appeared in "The List". She is commonly seen talking to Annie. She is a member of the list making committee.

Girl with Brown Coat

This girl, who is so far unnamed, was a background character but also played a minor role in "T.M.I.". She hasn't been seen since. She is most notable for having a hair clip which resembles a cherry.

Heidi Turner

Heidi's first appearance was in "Rainforest Shmainforest". She is one of the popular girls at "South Park Elementary". Heidi's first major role was in "Marjorine", where she hosted a sleepover with Wendy, Bebe, Red, Emily, Tammy Nelson, Millie Larsen, Esther, and Isla.

Henrietta Biggle

Henrietta Biggle

Henrietta is the main female member of the Goth Kids. Her first appearance was in "Raisins". Like the other Goth Kids, Henrietta is depressed, cynical, nihilistic, wallows in her own self pity, and is akin to the goth stereotype. She has not appeared in the 4th grade classroom, so she either does not attend class, or she is in a different 4th grade class.

Isla

Isla first appeared in the "Marjorine". She can also be seen watching the Jonas Brothers perform live in "The Ring" and later be seen sitting with the popular girls' clique in "Insheeption".

Jenny Simons

Jenny Simons

Jenny Simons made her first appearance in "The List", as a co-head of the list-making committee. In "Bass to Mouth" she, after being fooled by Cartman into eating a laxative-laced cupcake, defecated in her pants in front of Mr. Garrison's class. That incident led her to attempt suicide by jumping off the school roof, however, she survived with only a fractured pelvis.

Jessie

Jessie first appeared in "Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset", where she participated in the "Stupid Spoiled Whore" fad as well as playing with the Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset. She, along with Kal, seem to be Wendy's "backup" friends, with Wendy only going to them when the other girls are acting strangely.

Kal appeared in "Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset", where she participated in the "Stupid Spoiled Whore" fad, as well as playing with the Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset.

Kelly P. Gardner

Main article: Kelly P. GardnerKelly P. Gardner first appeared in "Funnybot" where she was nominated for the "Funniest Kid in School" award but ultimately lost to Jimmy. She has appeared as a background character numerous times since then.

Kelly Pinkerton-Tinfurter

Kelly Pinkerton-Tinfurter, whose name was revealed in "Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset", isn't seen commonly as a background character, however, she does rarely appear in the background as well as large crowd scenes.

Kelly Rutherford-Menskin

Kelly Rutherford-Menskin, whose name was revealed in "Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset", isn't seen commonly as a background character, usually only appearing in large crowd scenes.

Libby Perkins

Libby Perkins is mostly a background character who first appeared in the Season Eight episode "Up the Down Steroid". She is usually seen with the other disabled children.

Linda Triscotti

Linda Triscotti is from a strict Catholic family. Her parents reprimanded the school for teaching her and the other fourth graders the theory of evolution in "Go God Go".

Lizzy

Lizzy made her first appearance in "Hooked on Monkey Phonics". She played a major role in "Cartman's Silly Hate Crime 2000", where she, along with the other girls, taunted the boys and challenged them to a sledding race. She was relegated to a background character afterward, though she hasn't been seen in newer seasons.

Lola first appeared in "AWESOM-O". She is a popular girl at South Park Elementary. She is commonly seen talking with Jenny Simons or Red.

Mandy

Mandy made her first and, so far, only appearance in "Douche and Turd". She is a cheerleader for the South Park Cows.

Maria Sanchez

Maria Sanchez made her first appearance in the Season Sixteen episode, "Cartman Finds Love". She is usually seen as a background character.

Meagan Ridley

Meagan Ridley is a background character who first appeared in "Super Fun Time", and has made several appearances since.

Millie Larsen

Millie Larsen made her first appearance in "Rainforest Shmainforest", as part of the Getting Gay With Kids choir. She is one of the popular girls. She is commonly at a lunch table with all of the other popular girls.

Monica Ryland

Monica Ryland made her first appearance in the episode, "Let Go, Let Gov".

Nancy

Nancy made her first and only appearance in "Up the Down Steroid". She was Jimmy's girlfriend. Jimmy later beat her up, however, we can assume they are still on good terms, as she was seen rooting for Jimmy at the Special Olympics.

Nelly

Nelly made her first appearance in "Free Willzyx". She played a supporting role in "The List", where she was revealed as the list keeper for the List Making Committee. She later beat Butters up, after the failure of Operation Cannot Possibly Fail.

Nichole Daniels

Nichole was first seen in "Cartman Finds Love", where she was seen in a relationship with Token, which was heavily encouraged by Eric Cartman. After seeing a racial remark, which she thought was from Token, she broke up with him. After realizing that it was Cartman who made the remark, the two reunited and resumed their relationship.

Patty Nelson

Patty made her first and so far only appearance in "Le Petit Tourette", where it is revealed that Cartman had a crush on her, much to Patty's disgust.

Red McArthur

Red made her first appearance in "Cartman Gets an Anal Probe". She is one of the popular girls at South Park Elementary. She is debatably the fourth most prominent female fourth grader, behind Wendy, Heidi and Bebe. She has had multiple names, but Red seems to have stuck. She has been called Bertha, Rebecca, and Red.

Sally Darson

Sally Darson made her first and so far, only appearance in "Butters' Bottom Bitch" where she was selling kisses for five dollars. She later joined Butters' "kissing company".

Sally Turner

Sally Turner was first seen in "Rainforest Shmainforest", as part of the Getting Gay With Kids choir. She is one of the popular girls at South Park Elementary.

Samantha Dunskin

Samantha Dunskin made her first and only appearance in "Eat, Pray, Queef". The popular girls convinced her to queef on Butters. She, according to Red, can queef at will.

Shauna appeared once, in "Erection Day", where she was seen participating in a failed date with Jimmy Valmer.

Sophie Gray

Sophie Gray was introduced in "Basic Cable". She is the new girl at school, who recently moved from Scottsdale, Arizona to South Park. She has diabetes. She is fawned over by many of the boys in the school. Scott Malkinson, in particular, tried to be her boyfriend.

Tammy Nelson made her first appearance in "Marjorine". In "Bass to Mouth", it was revealed her mother was an alcoholic. She is shown to be best friends with Emily.

Theresa

Theresa is a background character that first appeared in "The List" and played a minor role in "T.M.I.". Her appearance in "T.M.I." is, so far, her only appearance where she does not have black hair. She is, currently, the only known student to wear a vest.

Wendy Testaburger

Wendy Testaburger

Wendy made her first appearance in "The Spirit of Christmas (Jesus vs. Santa)". She is the leader of the popular girls "clique". She is also Stan's girlfriend. She is shown to be Bebe's best friend. She seems to have extreme jealousy issues. When she felt that her relationship with Stan was threatened by Ms. Ellen, she had her shot into the center of the sun. Another incident of her jealousy can be shown in "Bebe's Boobs Destroy Society", where, after Bebe starts developing breasts and the boys start paying much more attention to her, she turns on Bebe and begins gossiping about her, along with the rest of the popular girls.
