Larry Feegan was Shelly Marsh's boyfriend in the episode "Broadway Bro Down", where he was shown constantly wearing a life preserver. His family are vegans, and he was forced to be one since birth. When Stan and Shelly stay with them, Shelly stands up for Larry, telling his parents that he should be his own person, rather than what they want him to be. Larry gestures with his hand to Shelly to keep going.

Larry begins to visit Shelly, first bringing her a flower and telling her how he ate a Slim Jim, and that it was the greatest thing he had ever tasted. He then ran away. He later returns, this time singing a song he wrote, relating how he ate at Burger King, and when a kid called him a queer, he stood up for himself, all because she brought him out of his "shell". Larry then removes his life preserver, and again turns to run, but is called back by Shelly, who invites him to play Xbox. The two play Xbox, then go to see the musical Wicked. Randy, knowing that Shelly would be compelled to give him a blowjob were they to watch the musical, attempts to interrupt the performance, but ends up killing Larry in the process when he flooded the theater. Ironically, Larry died due to his not wearing his life preserver.

Appearance

Larry was overweight, so much that his stomach bulged out of his shirt. He had blonde hair, wore a striped yellow and green shirt with a pair of blue jeans, and had blushed/rosy cheeks. He used to constantly wear a life preserver around his neck, but he took it off for Shelly. When he went out with Shelly, he wore a tuxedo, which did not show his stomach, and a purple bow tie. Whilst swimming, he wore purple swimming trunks.

• His last name is a rhyming joke for vegan; as his family are practicing a vegan lifestyle, he is derogatorily called "Feegan the vegan" by Cartman.
• It is curious that Larry is overweight, as his father is shown to be muscular, and his mother is thin. Larry may have snuck meat and other sweets, as he said he ate KFC is the song Out of My Shell.
