After Michael Jackson takes over Ike Broflovski's body, the boys take him to a beauty pageant to let him live the life he has always wanted so he would give back Ike's soul to his body. Kylie and her mother can be seen as several points around the pageant. When the boys talk to the judges, they say that Ike really needs to win, which catches the attention of Kylie's mother, who says that her daughter needs to win more, before pinching her cheek, which causes Kylie to exclaim that her mother is hurting her cheek implant.
