Kelly Turner is Sally Turner's mother. She was first seen in the Season One episode, "Tom's Rhinoplasty" and typically appears in the background as a town member in the earlier episodes.

Appearance

Kelly has short blonde hair up to her shoulders and curled up at the ends. She has postbox red lipstick on, and she wears a mango orange, long-sleeved shirt. She wears leaf green pants and black shoes. Occasionally, her character will be spotted wearing a thick, brownish gold necklace sometimes.
