Kim, Kourtney, and Khloé Kardashian are three sisters that star on the show Keeping Up with the Kardashians. They first appeared in the episode "The Tale of Scrotie McBoogerballs".
Background[]
Despite their shallowness, Butters Stotch finds himself enamored by the three girls, particularly Kim, stating that her "butt is like a mountain of pudding" and that he plans to ask if he can "jump on her belly".
When the boys read The Catcher in the Rye for a class assignment, they find it horribly disappointing as a "controversial" story, they opt to write their own The Tales of Scrotie McBoogerballs and proceed to make it as vulgar as possible for the sake of vulgarity. However, afraid of getting in trouble when their parents find it, they push the blame to Butters, who gains instant celebrity status, as the book becomes a massive hit. Butters proceeds to then write The Poop That Took a Pee, which is a childish sequel to the previous book, but like the first becomes an instant success.
However, the second book causes a reader to believe it is instructing him to “kill all the phonies". He then travels to the filming location and brutally shoots all three sisters, along with Kris Jenner and a pre-transition Caitlyn Jenner, with a 12-gauge pump-action shotgun.
This causes Butters' career as an author to abruptly end, as both books are immediately banned. He is left completely devastated over the fact that Kim was murdered because of him.
This sequence of events is then ignored, as the Kardashians first make a cameo return in the episode "200”, in which they join many other celebrities in a plot against South Park.
Next, in "The Hobbit", Kim Kardashian is portrayed as alive and Kanye West's fiancée. It is revealed that Kim apparently has many striking similarities to a hobbit, in terms of appearance and lifestyle. Kim is also criticized by Wendy Testaburger as a product of Photoshop. According to her, Kim Kardashian is a short, overweight "Hobbit", causing her to be called "jelly" by Mr. Mackey, and threatening to send her to "Jelly School".
A post-transition Caitlyn Jenner became one of the main focuses of Season Nineteen. A running gag throughout the season was her running over and killing many people with her car, referring to a fatal car accident she was involved in during June 2015.
