Josh Garrett is a character from the Season Nine episode "Bloody Mary".

Background[]

After hearing a news report of a Virgin Mary statue bleeding from its "ass", Randy Marsh believes that the statue will cure him of his alcoholism. He and his son travel to the St. Peter's Church where the statue is located, only to find a long line of people who are in hopes of getting cured of their diseases.

In an attempt to cut in line, Randy finds Josh Garrett whom he recognizes as a resident of South Park, thinking that the latter will let him share his spot in line. Josh reveals that he has come to the church to have his daughter cured, who is suffering from elephantiasis.
