John Dickinson was a lawyer and politician from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was a Continental congressman from both Pennsylvania and Delaware, later serving as governor (then called president) of both for a time. He appeared in "I'm a Little Bit Country", as a member of the Continental Congress during Cartman's flashback to 1776.
