Jessica Jo Makinson, also credited Jessie Jo Thomas, is an American actress, voice artist, and comedienne. She voices Henrietta Biggle, Charlotte, and most notably, has voiced Heidi Turner since "Marjorine".

Jessica Makinson was born in Tempe, Arizona, USA.

She has been involved with Trey Parker and Matt Stone since 2001, making a guest appearance on "That's My Bush!", and has made sporadic appearances on South Park since the sixth season, when she voiced Vanity.
