Jennifer Howell is a Canadian-American voice actor who voices Bebe Stevens, in the animated TV Series South Park. She is the show's Supervising Producer also she is Executive Vice President of Matt Stone and Trey Parker's film company, "Important Films". According to Parker in commentaries, she asked to do a voice and was given Bebe in "Weight Gain 4000". Although it was originally intended to be a small role, Bebe has made several appearances throughout the series into the thirteenth season.
She now works at 20th Century Fox Television's animation department as its Senior Vice President.
Her son Jesse voiced Ike Broflovski during the show's early seasons while in infancy - he has grown up and no longer voices the character.
