Jeff Arrando, also referred to as the Hispanic Man with Gravy Stains on his Lapel by his fellow news reporter, is a Channel 4 News reporter who appears in "The Entity", where he announced various celebrities arriving for Mr. Garrison's seminar. During the news report, he continually brushed the gravy on his lapel.
