Jake was a member of the "Getting Gay With Kids" choir, shown in "Rainforest Schmainforest". His appearance was apparently short-lived, however, as he got too close to a carnivorous flower and became its prey. Though Ms. Stevens tried to pull him out, it seemed she didn't succeed as Jake wasn't seen again, except in a few shots due to an animator's error. So it can be taken that he did survive.

Despite this, Jake cameoed in South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut (most notably at the "La Resistance" meeting, which he left due to there being no "punch and pie"), at the dance in "Hooked on Monkey Phonics", and as a prisoner at Alamosa Juvenile Hall in "Cartman's Silly Hate Crime 2000".

Jake had short, grayish-brown hair, had freckles, and wore a green sweater and brown pants. In Bigger, Longer, And Uncut, he wore a yellow sweater.

Episode He Prominent

Well he don't play a lot of episode like Kelly they both play only one episode. It's possible that he may have died. but in South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut movie he probbaly did but unknown if his name is Jake or not.
