The crowd at the end of the episode

  • Slash & Mick Fleetwood can be seen in the background on the stage.
  • Ms. Choksondik is seen in the back of a large crowd despite being dead.
  • When both sides of the war issue go to the mayor's office, Hat McCullough can be seen in the background in the pro-war group.
  • The major anti-war protesters are the Marshes, the Broflovskis, Mayor McDaniels and Mr. Mackey. The major pro-war activists include the McCormicks, the Tuckers, Skeeter's group, Jimbo and Ned.
  • Mostly the entire crowd is made of characters from the past such as Death, Towelie, the Marklars, the The Thompsons, Damien, the freaks from Freak Strike, Cheech and Chong, the Super Best Friends (oddly enough Muhammad is not seen, though the controversy had not begun), Nurse Gollum, Ms. Crabtree, Terrance and Phillip, Scott Tenorman, Starvin' Marvin, God, Sally Struthers, the Thompsons from How to Eat With Your But, Larry and Butters/Professor Chaos.
  • Even though Cartman knows who Hitler is he doesn't pronounce Nazi correctly (his pronunciation of it is similar to that of Winston Churchill). Instead of "Nat-see", he says "Nay-zee".
  • At the end shot of the crowd, there is a hidden visitor in the far back between David Blaine and Joseph Smith.
  • There is also two Joseph Smiths in the background where all the characters are shown.
  • Among the pro war protesters are Craig's parents, Skeeter, and the bartender.

Goofs

  • During the final crowd scene, Officer Barbrady is visible in the first shot, but disappears during the second, replaced by a second Joseph Smith.
  • There are 2 Carol McCormicks in the final crowd scene, one is by Stuart and another is hidden slightly in the bottom right part of the frame.
  • Joseph Smith is also seen twice near the upper right of the crowd.
