"I'm Super" is a song sung by Big Gay Al in the film, South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut

Background

At the USO show before the troops entered the American-Canadian War, Big Gay Al started the song at the request of Stan Marsh and Kyle Broflovski, who needed a distraction so The Mole could free Terrance and Phillip.
