Background
He is a student at Tardicaca Camp, which is a camp for children with disabilities. He was on the Blue Team along with Jimmy, Timmy, Lenora, Elmer Fudd, Droopy Dawg, and Pete Puma. His disability makes him look and sound like the Beaky Buzzard character.
Appearence
He wears a blue shirt with the Camp Tardicaca logo,gray pants and black shoes. He has a long nose and a swelled head. He is also bald with two pieces of black hair coming out of the top.
