"Hello! Ma Baby" is a song written in 1899 by Joseph E. Howard and Ida Emerson and first recorded by Arthur Collins in the same year. It was featured in the Season Seven episode "Cancelled".

Background[]

When The Boys are abducted by an alien spaceship, the leader of the ship, Najix meets them and transforms into multiple pop culture icons in order to appear pleasing to The Boys. One of the people he transforms into is Saddam Hussein wearing a top hat and singing a brief portion of this song. This is most likely a reference to the Warner Bros. short One Froggy Evening, starring Michigan J. Frog, which famously features him singing the same song in a similar manner.

Lyrics[]

Hello, ma honey
Hello, ma baby
Hello, ma ragtime gal...
