Hell's Pass is the fifth and last chapter of South Park: Snow Day!.

Summary[]

With the Grand Wizard returned from his temporary madness, the assault on Mr. Hankey's fortress can begin. What horrors await in the ruined bowels of Hell's Pass?[1]

Plot[]

Hell's Pass[]

After Cartman's defeat, the boys head to Hell's Pass Hospital alongside the New Kid to face Mr. Hankey, who appears in front of them with a whirlwind, gretting them with an angry "Howdy-Ho". Hankey shows disappointment about how the boys did not support him throughout the events of "The Problem with a Poo". He then continues stating that he needed someone to put his "dark magic" inside, who at first was supposed to be Stan. Due to Stan's failure however, Hankey was forced to take potluck with the New Kid, who he tells that the other boys are just using him. Mr. Hankey then disappears and the bullshit trial with Father Maxi follows. Before the mission starts, the boys claim that they are the New Kid's friends, but not only due to them being "super OP".

The New Kid then fights through waves of enemies under the control of Hankey's dark magic, climbing up the hospital's floors step-by-step till they reach Mr. Hankey's throne room, where Hankey is lying unconscious. All the boys urge the New Kid to attack Mr. Hankey and defeat him, except for Cartman, who states concerns about Mr. Hankey possibly setting this up as a trap to gain the New Kid's powers and become "super OP" himself. Naturally, the others ignore Cartman's statement and the New Kid attempts to kill Hankey. This however fails and Hankey instead absorbs the New Kid's powers, just as Cartman predicted earlier. Instead of blaming themselves, the boys blame the New Kid for their situation, despite them just having pressured the New Kid into falling for the trap.

A whirlwind comprises the kids and they are teleported to another place, which, according to Father Maxi, is the place where they leave offerings for "the great one". The ground shakes and a giant worm of shit breaks out of the ground, Scheisse-Hulud - Mr. Hankey's "ultimate form". Yet again Stan pushes all the fault onto the New Kid, and Cartman suggests, that the only way of dealing with a bunch of shit is toilet paper. The New Kid then loads nearby cannons with toilet paper and shoots it at Scheisse-Hulud, who eventually squirms and falls onto the ground after taking too many hits.

Ending[]

On the next day the storm has subsided and the town of South Park begins cleaning up. The boys are standing at the bus stop, where Cartman expresses his disappointment over having to return to school. A bright light then moves towards the boys and Jesus appears, who condemns them for not having supported Mr. Hankey when he really needed them, stating that the only true mistake is not to forgive.

The four approach a toilet and apologize to Mr. Hankey, who at first does not believe them, but then jumps happily out of the toilet bowl, saying that this is the greatest day of his life and that only the support of the boys, his friends, counts for him. Seeing the opportunity, the boys ask Mr. Hankey for another snowstorm, so they would get another snow day. Hankey fulfills their wish and the storm returns, letting the town once again forfeit to chaos.

Trivia[]

  • Mr. Hankey's boss form is named "Scheisse-Hulud".
    • "Scheisse" (correctly "Scheiße") is German for "shit".
    • The second part of the name ("Hulud") and the creature's appearance are a reference to the sandworm Shai-Hulud from Dune.
    • The initials are the same as Mr. Hankey's name in some dubbings (e.g. Sr. Hankey)
