Background
Mayor McDaniels and Randy Marsh gather the townsfolk together in the hopes of impressing the representative of Whole Foods Inc. when he arrives, allowing them to have a Whole Foods Market in the town. The representative quickly orders the townsfolk to disperse, as he wants to view the town in its natural state.
