Hat McCullough is a child murderer who appeared in the Season Six episode, "Free Hat". He also appears as a background character in the Season Seven episode, "I'm a Little Bit Country".
Background
The rednecks of South Park petitioned the governor to release McCullough, as a part of Stan Marsh's campaign. In reality, Stan's campaign was geared towards saving films from their directors, who preform unnecessary modifications and rerelease them. His advertising sign actually promised free hats for anyone participating in his campaign, instead of an appeal to release a McCullough from jail. Hat McCullough is known for murdering babies and typically goes insane when he sees one.
