Harold Cartman (1929-1999) is the grandfather of Eric Cartman, Liane Cartman's father and husband of Mabel Cartman. He only appears in the episode "Merry Christmas Charlie Manson!"
In the episode "South Park Is Gay!", when he arguing with Craig, Cartman says he is half bisexual. When Mr. Garrison asserts that he is not half bi, Cartman responds, "Well, my grandpa was bi, so that makes me quarter bi!" These statements are probably fabricated. He is later mentioned in "The Last of the Meheecans" when Liane asks Cartman if he wanted to talk to him on the phone.
