Harold Cartman (1929-1999) is the grandfather of Eric Cartman, Liane Cartman's father and husband of Mabel Cartman. He only appears in the episode "Merry Christmas Charlie Manson!"
Eric has made references that states that Harold is gay. In the episode "South Park Is Gay!" for example, when he arguing with Craig, Cartman says he is half bi. Mr. Garrison then shouts at him that he is not half bi, to which Cartman reacts with "Well, my grandad was bi, so that makes me quarter bi!"
