Gerald, Randy, Stephen, Linda, Sharon, and Sheila were boarding the front door shut, the kids were asking what is going on. Randy then wants Stephen to tell the truth to them. He tells the kids about they lived in a rough time when the adults were younger, countries were fighting about what car can make the future. So they make a race for the crazy drivers each week as a bloodfest, calling it the Wacky Races. He then tells them once a man got his head run-over while his dog laughed (likely Dick Dastardly and Muttley), such that he cries about it. Randy then reasons Stan that if the Wacky Races return, they get to stay inside till the race is over.
