Wendy's grandma appeared on a framed picture at the scene when Wendy's parents are talking to Wendy Testaburger in Breast Cancer Show Ever. In the picture, she's standing next to Wendy. This is her only appearance in the show. In Tom's Rhinoplasty her name was mentioned by Principal Victoria who told Wendy that she just died.
Appearance
She wore a red shirt with blue pants and had grey hair similar to Mr.Cartman. She had a similar physical appearance to Sheila Broflovski, the mother of Kyle.
