Changes: Grandma Testaburger

Grandma Testaburger is Wendy's grandmother. She has not appeared in the series outside of a photograph with her granddaughter in the Testaburger family home in Breast Cancer Show Ever. In Tom's Rhinoplasty her name was mentioned by Principal Victoria who told Wendy that she just died.

She wore a red shirt with blue pants and had grey hair similar to Mr.Cartman. She had a similar physical appearance to Sheila Broflovski, the mother of Kyle.
