Glen was a resident of South Park who was also Head of Safety on the City Council. His only appearance was in the eleventh season episode "Night of the Living Homeless" which he was subsequently killed in for becoming homeless. He was voiced by Matt Stone.
Background
Glen wore a checkered red top and had a distinct red afro, comparable to that of Kyle. His role of Head of Safety was seen to be Chef's in the ninth season episode "Die Hippie, Die", but as Chef was killed in the tenth season episode "The Return of Chef" it is clear Glen inherited this title, only to die as well.
He was similar in personality to any other resident, which could be seen during the town meeting in which he goes along with the various ideas of dealing with homeless overcrowding such as Randy's idea of using them as tires, only for the group to be stopped by Mrs. Testaburger who takes offence to it. He was married and had a house of significant value.
History
In his only appearance in "Night of the Living Homeless" he is first seen at the town meeting and is then seen on the roof of the Park County Community Center attempting to reach its safety with others escaping from the homeless who have invaded the town. Randy is reluctant to let them in until Stephen Stotch convinces him to. On the roof Glen calls his wife who tells him the house has gone down in value and can no longer be lived in, which leads to Glen asking for change so he can put his items in storage, just as the homeless are constantly asking for change (compare this "infection" of homelessness to the zombie infection seen in the various zombie films), and Randy realizes Glen has become homeless. Randy uses his shotgun to shoot and decapitate Glen as he starts asking for change, to the shock of everyone else. When the boys manage to draw the homeless away by advertising California through a tour bus, Randy holds Glen's headless corpse up telling him that they made it, and the homeless are retreating.
Trivia
- Glen's hairstyle and mustache looks similar to that of Hercule/Mr Satan in the Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT series.
