Mr. Mackey, in an effort to prepare the school for nuclear attacks by the Russians, conducts several nuclear emergency drills within a short span of two days. While listening to an anti-war song, PC Principal approaches Mr. Mackey in the latter's office, and becomes very concerned that he is becoming "nostalgic" on the Cold War period as a reason for conducting frequent drills, with Mr. Mackey rebutting that schoolchildren must understand what Russia is capable of.
