Fred Cartman is Liane Cartman's nephew, the supposed son of Lisa Cartman and Uncle Stinky and Eric Cartman's cousin. He made his first appearance in "Merry Christmas Charlie Manson!". His only other appearance was in "Cartmanland".
Appearance
Cousin Fred wears a very light blue shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes. He has brown hair and is very bulgingly exposed as is the rest of the Cartman family. He has no other distinguishing features.
