Francis (voiced by Trey Parker) is a character in the show South Park. He is first shown in the background in "Sexual Harassment Panda", but introduced in "Jewbilee", in which he is a Jew-scout, implying that Kyle and Ike are possibly no longer the only children who practice Judaism in South Park. However, this may just be a continuation error or one of the many times they re-use characters. He has been seen in the background many times since. He is usually seen in the 4th grade classroom shots or in scenes that specifically involve the male classmates.

He ranked #14 on the rigged list in "The List". Before he was officially named, he was known in fanon as "Lockie" due to the lock of hair hanging down on his forehead.

In "Timmy 2000", he was on the cover of the 'alternative ADD treatment' booklet.

He also plays on the school's basketball team in "Elementary School Musical".

He - along with Timmy - are the only male classroom regulars to lack a last name.

Appearance

He has short, medium brown hair, a lock of which hangs down his forehead, and wears a light brown sweater with the "Snacky Smores" beaver mascot on it and dark blue jeans. A boy who resembles him was sitting in cafeteria in "Tom's Rhinoplasty".

In his pre-TV show appearance in the movie Bigger, Longer, And Uncut, he wore the same outfit as Clyde (a burgundy coat with blue trim and matching mittens and a pair of brown trousers).
